Hoogstraat, Kruisem - Wielfaert Architecten
This project at the church in Kruisem showcases a modern housing complex with multiple floors. The contemporary building features large glass windows, open balconies, and integrated greenery on the terraces. The façade is finished with light-toned materials, such as stone or concrete. On the ground floor there is room for five commercial spaces.
A landscaped courtyard connects the sereval multi-residential buildings on the site. A winding pathway invites residents to explore the outdoor space set within lush greenery. The design combines traditional and modern elements, with sloped roofs, clean brick façades, and windows that offer an abundance of natural light.
Kortrijksesteenweg, Gent - a154 architecten.
The development has three residential functions; flats, student houses and care houses. The entire project consists of one beige brick,
with each function having a different joint color.
That ensures each building has its own appareance,
but still creating unity across the whole project.
The accents within the design are emphasized by red brick, in analogy to the color palette of the Onafhankelijkheidslaan.
Wijmakker, Gent - CERES.
This project is a renovation of an existing apartment building. The upper façade features vertically aligned dark wooden slats, and smooth light concrete on the ground floor. This resulted a sleek and modern multi-residential building with minimalist architecture.
The backside of the complex was divided into cozy gardens for the apartments on the ground floor, and spatious terraces framed by black metal railings for the duplex apartments.
Stationstraat, Waregem - Wielfaert Architecten
This modern multi-residential building on the corner of a lively intersection, characterizes clean lines, minimalist design and an emphasis on natural light. It uses a light-colored brick with horizontal and vertical bonds, paired with contrasting black aluminium panels.
The ground floor incoporates expansive windows that accomodate a voluminous commercial space, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Sint-Jozefsstraat, Waregem - Wielfaert Architecten
This large multi-residential complex is composed of three modern buildings, arranged around a landscaped courtyard. The structures feature a uniform aesthetic, with a soft-toned brick, supplemented with dark gray aluminium accents. The rounded corners of the cantilevers give the buildings their unique character.
The vibrant greenery provides the connection between the three residential blocks, and promotes a serene, park-like environment for the residents.
Beverestraat, Oudenaarde - Wielfaert Architecten
These unique multi-residential apartments are located in a green zone nearby the center of Oudernaarde. The surrounding protected trees provide an additonal demention to the environmental landscape, showcasing a harmonious balance between contemporary architecture and nature.
Sculpted hedges, ornamental grasses, and flowering trees that provide privacy and seasonal color. Meandering pathways invite residents to explore the green spaces, fostering a tranquil and community-focused atmosphere.

This contemporary apartment building features a minimalist façade with a blend of light-toned brickwork and vertical wooden panels.
On the ground floor, an open carport integrates seamlessly into the design, adding functional elegance.
The landscaping is understated yet inviting, with manicured hedges and a flowering tree softening the clean lines of the building.

The building's facade is elegantly composed of light-hued brickwork, complemented by clean, angular lines. The generous use of floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural light, creating an inviting and open atmosphere for residents.
The ground floor features a semi-open design with parking areas subtly integrated behind lattice screening and lush greenery, maintaining the building's aesthetic integrity.
